Plans change. Our rule of thumb: tell us early and you pay nothing. The windows below differ by activity because jeeps, boats and camps are committed at different times.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the stated pickup time — full refund, no questions.
Inside 24 hours: 50% of the tour price is refunded. Park tickets already purchased in your name are non-refundable once issued by the Department of Wildlife Conservation.
No-show or cancellation after the pickup time: no refund, because the gate slot and the jeep are gone.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
Between 7 days and 48 hours: we hold the full amount as credit valid for 12 months, transferable to anyone you like.
Inside 48 hours: 25% is refunded; camp staff, food and permits are already committed.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before — the family shops for your meal the day before, and hatchery patrols are rostered in advance.
Park closures, unsafe seas, floods or a vehicle failure we cannot cover: you choose a new date, an equivalent alternative, or a full refund including tickets.
Rain alone is not a cancellation. Jeeps have roofs and drives run in light rain; boats sail unless the harbour master closes the harbour.
Date changes are free up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability, once per booking.
Adding people is usually free on per-vehicle pricing until the jeep is full. Reducing the party may lower the ticket total but not the vehicle price.
Card refunds return to the same card within 5–10 working days. Bank transfers are refunded to the sending account, less any bank charges. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by local transfer, your choice.
